Russ DijakPresident/CEO
Russ has over 16 years of experience in IT infrastructure, databasing, and web technologies. As the company's Principle officer Russ leads an expert team of individuals to provide the best IT/Web services that Baltimore has to offer. In the past year, Russ has successfully doubled Solnet's web services division which boasts an impressive portfolio that grows daily. When Russ is not in the office he can be found building something or gardening at his home in Reisterstown, which he shares with his wife, Jessica.

Jessica has a solid background in the K-12 educational publishing industry. At Solnet she has created an invigorating environment where people with passion thrive. The importance of valuing co-workers and clients is something she strongly believes in. She enjoys her free time with her husband Russ, their daughter Isabella, son Samuel, and their two adorable dogs in their home in Reisterstown.

Ed is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 11 years of service in the industry. He has an extensive background in both Mac and PC solutions. He is a solid problem solver. On-site most of the time, he is a friendly familiar face at many of our clients offices. He also loves to golf.

Kelli RileyArt Director/Graphic Designer
Kelli started off her career six years ago in print design and quickly transitioned into web design. She develops web and print products for Solnet. She is a graduate of Skidmore College and she holds an M.A. in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore. With over six years of experience in Prepress, Catalog Design, and Desktop Publishing she brings a creative eye to the Solnet team. Volunteering her free time teaching art classes at the House of Ruth, a shelter for battered women and children, is a very important part of her life. The rest of her free time is spent with her husband Rob and their dog Niko, or in her art studio where she paints and reads.
John WorthWebsite Developer/Ecommerce
John has twenty years experience building websites, ten years professionally. His experience is extensive, including both consulting and full time work for companies such as Verizon, Advertising.com, Lippencott, Williams and Wilkins, and FileMaker. John's technical skills include advanced design with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP. He holds certifications in SQL, PL/SQL, and JavaScript. Other Languages and Applications include Flash, XML, XSLT, and AJAX. He has experience working on both multimedia and Section 508 compliant sites, e-commerce, and dynamic content. When John is not in front of his office computer, he is usually found in front of his studio computer. He has been playing Keyboards for over twenty years as well, and is heavily involved with recording, arrangement and production. His outdoor activities involve hiking, skiing, tennis and machines that get you really muddy.

Becky is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She has over 7 years accounting experience working with small and medium size businesses in all industries. She has been working with AccuBusiness Solutions for the past year and before that, was an independent ProAdvisor. While not working with her clients, Becky enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
Charnice WardIntern
Charnice is a high school senior currently involved in New Town High School's internship program. She holds a strong interest in graphic design and would like to study this field in college and pursue it as a career. Being involved in this program she has learned a lot about design concepts and has gained real world experience working with the Solnet team. |
